Lovely apartment in the lower floor of the house with own entrance, bathroom and toilet.
There is a kitchenette with fridge, electric kettle and TV.
There is a small east-facing sunbathing area where you can enjoy the morning coffee. There is also a larger west facing wooden terrace with the most beautiful sunsets.
If you are two couples, this is an option as the apartment contains an extra separate double room. In the case of renting both rooms, you will share the kitchenette, bathroom and toilet.
If you only rent one double room, there will be no other rent and you have the common area for yourself.
